\"Poker\" <\/p>\n

Depending on the number of players in a poker game, a player can make one to many bets. The best way to decide who will win is to analyze the board after the flop. The “flop” is when the dealer shows 5 cards to the players. Each player is given two personal cards and five community cards to work with. After this round, players may draw replacement cards. These replacement cards are typically drawn at the beginning or end of a betting round. A player may discard one to three cards or hold them for further consideration. If the number of cards is less than three, replacement cards will be drawn.<\/p>\n

There are hundreds of variations of poker. The game has a seedy history. Its name is thought to be derived from a slang term for card hustlers who would cheat their opponents. The ‘r’ was probably added to confuse players who knew slang. Today, poker is a simple game with a small element of cheating. The goal is to win by accumulating more chips than your opponent.<\/p>\n

In poker, the highest-ranked hand is a royal flush. This is made up of five cards of the same suit. A royal flush cannot be beat by a royal flush of another suit. A straight flush, on the other hand, is made up of five cards of the same rank. Another common hand is a pair, which is four of a kind.
